In Pyrgos going to meet my buddy Erikh, he reports that there is a guy with a gun, at this time he wasn't acting threatening or engaging in conversation/RP. Mainly because he couldn't see me or Erikh. Erikh then runs away and gets gunned down by duncan for no reason, as seen in video. I ran past Erikh as he ran away and then proceeded to get gunned down by duncan also. (2 counts of RDM now). After we're both downed on the ground, i'm not sure whether he was speaking to us but he says (or his buddy) shouts at us to "get our hands up" (heard in the video).

Fortunately i had just re-spawned and had nothing of worth on me, but Erikh on the other hand had some moderately expensive gear on him worth around 50k, this included a balaclava, trg 5.56, mags, clothing, a scope. Not massively expensive but still worth something. All gone because of RDM.

Hopefully he gets whats coming to him punishment-wise.

I need to see 2-3 minutes leading up to the situation, you have also linked the same video twice and the screenshot is no longer available on steam. I need a longer video with prior context to ensure there was no RP leading up to the situation that unfolded.

I don't have 2-3 minutes of my perspective leading up to the incident but Erik captures it.

We had both just arrived at the location, Erik had just gotten out of his chopper and i had just spawned so sprinted over to where he was, i didn't have any idea of who or where this guy was.

Unfortunately we cannot go off this fully as we cannot be sure on what the full story and cannot go off written words due to risk of bias from people, so due to this we will need to deny this due to insufficient evidence.
