Saw a stolen police car chaise it and when they guy VDM into a car his car break the wheel off. and when i told him to get out and put his hands up he log out.

Dont have any evidence, but can add that he VDM'd multiple people in Kavala later the same day (well, today), and he combat logged aswell when I tried to talk to him.
