From my knowledge of what they told me, I was a "high risk" citizen as I had been involved in a gun fight killing others and was followed by NPAS. When I first am confronted by the Police he says "Sir, please get out of the vehicle" (Clip 1) from what I can hear in this clip so I can hear that I have been asked to get out of the vehicle in which I do not. After another minute of chasing I am then told "Sir, stop the vehicle are your tires are going to be shot" (Clip 2) please excuse my language and frustration but throughout this chase I was rammed by police vehicles multiple times. The chase then continues for another 8-10 minutes in which the police attempt to shoot my vehicle tires. Eventually they decamp from their vehicle and have another attempt at disabling my vehicle this time killing me. (Clip 3)

Now this is not the first time this has happened to me with the police and I am making this complaint as I want some justice. If I was to kill someone as a Rebel after initiating to only shoot tires and not the individual it would be (2.2) RDM. Now you say well of course I could compensate them but if we compare it to this situation Angelfall refused to compensate me because he feels he did nothing wrong at this point if it was me in his position there would be a player report up for me. Mistake or not what has happened has still happened. The police have many other options and resources at hand to disable a vehicle other than blindly firing lethal magazines into a car.

Have you tried to resolve with the Officer before posting?:

I went to down to the Police Liason room and had a fairly lengthy conversation with INS Harvery and DSGT Angelfall, after talking for a while DSGT Angelfall said he was not going to compensate me for this and I got the idea that he feels like he did nothing wrong. They advised that I first make a compensation request but I know that for it to be completed you need to fill out a report a player against the person otherwise it will be ignored after establishing this I was recommended to fill out a PCC in which I am doing.
 

If you BELIEVE someone has broken SERVER RULES then you make a PLAYER REPORT not a PCC.

Never mind, lock the thread and deny the report. From time of initiation of my tires being shot to time of my death was 4 minutes and 14 seconds, it seems that staff it made it quite clear that if you die in a chase after being initiated on that your tires will be shot it is not RDM and therefore this report clearly isn't valid. However what I have learned from this scenario that it is fine to kill someone in the crossfire of disabling a vehicle.
