So myself and fellow TCK members were in Sofia looking for some houses to rob, we saw a few guys around the area and were not sure if they were house owners or not, so we decided to continue on with what were we doing.
Once I begin breaking in to a house, Dream comes up to me and initiates. I attempt to roleplay a little bit with him and inform him I do have friends in the area.
After a very short conversation I begin to put my hands up and he shoots me anyway. There was little to no roleplay from him and I am quite dissapointed that he ignored the fact that I had friends and seemed all he cared about was the kill.

if that is possible ?  i think my video speaks for itself otherwise i can explain myself for an admin perhaps

Hello,

I have spoken to the staff members that Dream's said he would post the video too and they haven't received it. So, I am going to go off what is here. 

So, after the reviewing the video footage, it seems that the RP given was very poor, and not the type that we expect here at RPUK. You gave him an order and then he did comply, yet you shot him, why you did I don't know and this is not considered high quality RP. 

This is considered Fail RP as he did comply and you shot, which completly goes against what you said and after consulting with another Staff Member we have had the same opinion. Just for reference, here is the rule - (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

So today, Dream is going to be banned for Fail RP, this is also borderline RDM.
