So i was making my way from Advanced to Kavala in my Orca during the flight one of my friends told me that there is planes at the airfield trying to VDM him so as i came closer to airfield i suddenly spot like 3 or 4 planes flying dangerously close to me at first i tried just flying lower and in a straight line hoping they would stop flying so close to me but as you can clearly see in the recording they just kept on coming and coming, two kilometers from Kavala DrBlue flew from the back into me and caused my heli to explode and we all died.

I called him in OCC to come to Liaison but he had no interest to come and resolve the issue just said i had no coalition lights on and he did not have night vision which of course is BS as he knew very well what he was doing and clearly did it repeatedly over and over until something happened.

The video clearly show me following aviation rules of right-of-way. I was passing on the right of the slower aircraft. you decided to make a right turn and start climbing and you ran into me. I had my collision lights on and was VFR in a civilian airplane. As a poor pilot I was not able to afford expensive NVG. I am a US carrier operating night time  operations under 14 CFR 91.205 (night time required equipment.) and collisions lights are required. I was out of fuel at the time and was in distress. so 14 CFR 91.113 (c) States that an aircraft in distress has right-of-way. Making right turns without looking is a very hazardous and you need further pilot training. IF you freeze the video at 2:41 you can see that my engine is stopped and that I was proceeding to land on the dirt road.

after reviewing the recording provided by @Ricky Dixon  i have come with the next conclussion:

@Drblue : you and who i asume is is your friend in the other plane where continuesly doing low fly-by's past the orca and by doing so take the risk of hitting him what to me is taking a lot of risk.

now you blame you hitting his heli on the amount of fuel that you have left in your plane while instead you should probably rethink the actions you have taken that lead up to you ramming the heli.

all things considered this is a break of server rule 2.1 either intentional or not and seeing that you blamed him for it and for as far have not made any contact with @Ricky Dixon in order to resolve the situation a temp ban will be placed on you.
