Lincoln warns me that 2 men are approaching with pistols out towards the helicopter. He takes cover while I continue as if nothing is happening. Once they approach, Drachenlord says something that I could not understand (sounds like "that's a nice rook") and them immediately shoots me in the face. Both members are then dispatched swiftly by lincoln. Shortly there-after it appears that Drachenlord attempted to combatlog (or ragelog).
it also appears he is wearing a full news uniform, which I have previously been told you cannot rob / perform illegal activities in.
And yes, 20 magazines of 4five ammunition IS necessary!

Yes - Kinda. Shortly after his combatlog/ragelog I was told "not to bother" in sidechat. Makes me assume he had done this previously within that session
Edit: Upon further investigation, his only license is a firearm license and that is exactly what he spent his money on. His intentions are clear in my eyes.
