1 guys surprised me and pointed a gun on me. A second guy came over and they wanted to rob me. I did exactly what they told me to do (opening my car or waiting for them till they lockpicked it), but as soon as I unlocked my car for them, they shot me and I lost all my stuff because server restart was only 10 min away. They also didn't ask me from which clan I am, but they brought it up anyway, so it looks like its also Failed RP.

It is quite hard to process a report about RDM when the video you've provided does not include what you say. You could have said anything to aggrovate the robbers and your roleplay has alot to say in this report it seems.

As of how it currently looks, RDM/Fail RP is out of the picture. You were given lots of time, they gave you demands, you followed most of them, you were given roleplay, albeit not the best but certainly not the worst. In my eyes where you fucked up was running/jogging to your truck after they clearly told you to go there, slowly. This is why your voice is important here - did you try to bolt it? Did you make it clear you were going to the truck in order to provide them the keys/the content of your vehicle? 

As I said, I strongly believe RDM is out of the picture. However, you claimed that they "Failed RP" by calling out your gang name. This is not Fail-RP per say, it is called Metagaming (however, I understand how you call it fail-rp, but for rules sake its called metagaming). Again, the recording of your voice is crucial here. I have no way of knowing if you said the gang name to them.
