Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and my colleague had obtained a police vehicle and was doing our own patrols (we aren't police). We had seen a Hemmit and a Tempest I believe were going off road so we was going to pull them over and ask them why they were doing this. I put on the sirens and tried to proceed with my intentions of stopping them and talk to them but eventually the Hemmit stopped and repeatedly shouted 'Hands up' then at the end said 'you will die' then gunned us both down

@Darkar100McLean According to the very guidelines stated before you submit a report you are required to provide a 3 minute video leading up to the event. I only se 31 seconds. Do you have additional footage?
