Please (in detail) describe the incident: so i was just gettin ready and i was on the rob and i saw this guy come in so i thought heres my first target i tell him to put his hands up he doesnt listen to my demands i also think he broke rp saying hes speakin in ooc so i ignored then he decides to try to run away and jump in the car to get away even though i had a blade to him i then follow jump in the car that he gets in and he starts to drive to the pier to throw me off i could not jump out of the car because we was goin highspeeds then he throws us of proceeds to get away and then combat logs at the point where he gets on shore i think he should be dealt
