Please (in detail) describe the incident: About an hour earlier this guy asked if I wanted to buy some coke so I said yes I transferred the money and he drove off a little bit then came back and ran me over and downed me and my friend he then took our phones and radios and said he was taking us to the hospital but when we got their he asked these two random people if they would like to help him dump us in the ocean so they came with him and helped him but when the main guy left the two guys came back saved us and took us to the hospital I have one of their phone numbers, we then got changed and started hunting for this this guy that did this to us we found him at pillbox and followed him to mirror park where me and my friend kept our distance and we saw that he was scamming this guy that he had with him and ran him over the exact same thing he did to us so I ran him over downed him and me and my friend started arguing with him saying that’s why you shouldn’t trust random people and explained to him that the guys helped us after he left and he just left the game I guess he was angry or something I don’t know what his name was or his id and my recording software was all messed up and didn’t save the clip but I have his personal vehicles licence plate its "CI22 UEL" and I also transferred him money at about 12:50 when he was scamming me but I can’t remember the session id he was downed when he left I don’t know if that helps you or not.

First of all, I want to say the evidence you have provided is definitely not enough for a report to be actioned. For future reports, you will need footage as evidence.

However, on this occasion, fortunately with the information you gave me about downing this player, I was able to find this log and identify the player and was able to confirm he did infact combat log and therefore this report will be APPROVED
