Please (in detail) describe the incident: After looking back at my clips, during a fight between Cutlass and Marabunta, I've noticed that the Marabunta member that exits the SC1 comes under fire and around the 0:07 mark appears to use emotes to lay down to avoid the bullets. He goes down alongside the shot, comes back up and after looking closely, you can see him go backwards and lay on the floor the same way you would when emoting. At first I thought he may have fallen over but the timing of how long it takes to get up didn't match with that thought and the fact that he goes down and gets back up twice in a row was very suspicious to me.

The animation isn't the same as a fake drop as you see this is what happens to the first guy that is shot nor does it match up with crouching or using q to cover against the car and it doesn't look like he fell over as a result of the shot as the animation matches up with using one of the pass out emotes. I'm not sure whether logs show this or not.

I believe this is Dom but he was killed right after as he tries to get back in his car so logs should be able to show who it is.

This is absolutely ridiculous I q'd behind the car I could of explained if You invited me too qe but you decided to report me Instead, this is the Second time in 2week, have you got a grudge against me? Last week was RDM now exploring just Wasting staff's time.

It appears that you q'd toward the car and emoted midway through as the way you stood up didn't line with the animation of q peaking. You would have to aim your gun to do this and you can clearly see in the clip that you didn't do this after the initial movement toward the car. Your character then moved backwards towards the ground as you started laying down to avoid bullets which aligns with the pass out emote. If you watch your character's shoulders, the only thing that matches that animation is using one of said pass out emotes.

There is no need for comments like this. I believe a rule has been broken, I have reported it. I didn't have enough evidence in the other report, that doesn't mean that a rule break didn't occur in that instance but that holds no relevance in this one.
