I was roleplaying as mayor with one of my gang members and a offroad was following us so I told the driver to stop the vehicle. Two members approached the car so my friend got out and as shown in the video I was trying however there was slight lag spike. Once I had managed to get out the vehicle I said "whats wrong lads" after a few seconds of silence one of them said "put your hands up" I replied with no and moved a few steps where I then was shot. Before I decided to create this report I asked my gang member over ts if they talked and he said they did not say anything and when I asked them to come into ts just so I could ask them about the situation they refused. Its the fact they did not threaten life and decided to shoot me although I would of loved to be kidnapped as mayor as it would of been a laugh and sadly because of this I lost my gear though I do not want comp. At the end of the video you can hear them attempting to initiate again on my friend by saying "Hands up, Hands up now" but once again with no threatening. If my life was threatened I would of placed my hand up however before we had pulled over we had messaged friends and police for back up therefore I was trying to stall the robbery.

I’d like to defend my self here a little bit before any action is taken, firstly the video/evidence is very very bad quality. Secondly you can clearly see in the video that he was having connectivity problems, and issues hearing us, but his friend that he was with heard every word and proceeded to put his hands up. On my screen when he was not exiting the vehicle he was actually stood out side of it which was clearly a lag/d-sync issue which lead to me thinking he we purposely ignoring us and removing contents from his truck. Whilst he was in this lagged state I clearly said over the radio “put your hands up or we will shoot”.  but in his defence he clearly didn’t hear it due to lag, but in my defence I didn’t realise he was having lag issues at this time. This can in my eyes, only be put down to connectivity issues, as you can “clearly” see in the video.

 
@Zbra Can i ask you why you say you did not  feel threatend by 3 men with pistols aiming at you ordering you to put your hands up?  It was clear to me that it was a hostile intent here. 

I also would like a longer video showing 3-5 minutes leading up to the incident.

I’m really sorry tiktak I don’t, I try to make my role play and intent as clear as possible when playing. I rarely get cases like this but maybe I should start using my shadowplay more often! I would love 3-5 minutes before when I was also shouting from the back of the truck to stop or we will fire. I can only apologise to him for killing him under the terms that he didn’t hear me due to his connectivity. But I was not aware of his issues so I can’t take full responsibility for it. 

 
I do not have a clip of the leading up as I only recorded from the moment the situation started. All I wanted was the guy to come to ts like I asked him to do so I could just ask him why he didn't threaten and shot me straight away. I did say several times to hold on and my friends did tell him that I was having a headache. I had friends in the area so was not feeling threatened at the time as they did not threaten and as mayor I do not negotiate with terrorists. It was 2 against 2 on the ground so we could of  had fair odds and I had several people setting up. I will get my friend to try and upload the footage of his perspective. At no point did they initate from car and in real life how would you hear initiation from the car behind therefore that is slight unrealistic roleplay. At the end of the day I understand that the proof is poor and that there is no deemed proof on my side however all I want is for dmhen to improve role-playing initiation so he doesn't get banned in the future.

i was there and he had only said put your hands up he only threatened my life after zbra had been shot 

 
I respect everything he is saying but there are a few manipulate words in there. And of course @tempss you would say that , your his friend . Anyway. I’ve told my side you’ve told yours. I apologise for not coming to team speak after, but I’m 100% that I initiated role play properly.

 
Yeah I believe so though he did put his hands up, where he was then robbed and left zip tied.

 
Okay, i am gonna splitt this into 2 parts.

@Zbra:

1. Evidence, first off if  you wanna report someone for RDM you need to get the required evidence (See Report a player Information).

2. You claim to have been RDM'ed but they are 3 armed people that does tell you to put your hands up. It wasn't the best but your rp wasn't either. 

@dmhen: 

1. If people try to get in contact with you in the future even tho you haven't done anything wrong please try to solve it with them, it is always 2 sides to a  coin. 

2. Even tho i wouldn't say this is RDM i will encourage you to get more creative and detailed.
