We were in zaros because we wanted to go to the weed processor and we saw people with guns, so we took a look. I walked a little bit in zaros to look a bit. Than Django said hands up and gave me 2 seconds and began to shoot then i died. (He didn't came to ts btw.)

I'm aware of the fact that I didn't give the victim much time to respond to the command but there had already been gunshots in the area so I wasn't taking chances. I am also aware that there was a kidnapping taking place - perhaps a third party as I am not entirely sure that the person I killed was with them; I assumed so as they were walking around with rifles raised and pointing them at me and my friends in the area. If it is the case that I made a mistake of who was with you I apologise but I was strongly convinced that the area was amidst some sort of confrontation, be it robbery or kidnapping or whatever so I wasn't willing to take chances. Clearly as I could not metagame you there is no way for me to know that you were not involved (if that is the case) and armed rebels pointing weapons in an area where shots were being fired are unfortunately asking to get killed by mistake. As well as that, the first thing you did when I began talking to you was to raise your weapon and point it at me so it looked as if you were not going to comply. Furthermore, I apologise for not coming to the ts as I had to leave (grandmother arrived). If the person reporting me reads this, what time did you arrive in the town? as there had been gunshots and forms of confrontation previous to the incident.
