Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and a friend enter the Advanced Rebel area to purchase some guns. We enter and I see a person on the ground with a gun out. He then proceeds to pop up and yell "Hands up, Hands up, Hands up, both of you, hands up" and proceeds to shoot after my friend pulls a gun. There was no initation on life nor was there any proper initation. When asked if they wanted to come to Teamspeak they responded with "You shot first, so we're not coming". I don't believe these roleplayers should be on the server and could learn a thing or two before commiting heavy rp crimes like a robbery.
I can provide more previous recording if that is required, but it does include some personal information in the form of dm's (as I was tabbed out while my friend was flying to Advanced Rebel) so if that is required I can dm an admin this recording to view if there was any previous incident (which there was not). The only problem is that there is no recording from what happened afterwards as I immediately pressed the shadowplay key but that should not change the judgement anyways as the FailRP was clear.
