I was driving from the diamond mine back to the diamond processor. The truck was half full of cut diamonds and the other half was uncut diamonds and 21 in my bag. I had processed a load and wanted to top off before making the long trip back to Kavala. I pass a red a truck who is headed in the other direction on the main highway. about two minutes later that same red truck passes me, gets into my lane then brake checks me. Of course the truck pushes him out of the way. I keep driving at this point thinking "going to be a fun trip back to the police station" The truck then comes up along my side and rams into between the wheels. This is known to flip vehicles that get into this spot. I'm screwed as you can see in the video. I use FRAPS so my buffer is only set for 60 seconds. I didn't think fast enough to get the whole scenario.

You can see after the tempest blows up, the truck stops he gets out and checks to see what stuff I had of worth on me.

at this point I warn people in side chat that some one is ramming people with a truck. Someone responds with "A red truck"

Shortly after I get a reply via the cell phone. Which was awfully nice, we can talk this out. His excuse was lag, none of that looked like lag.

I really didn't care about the lost stuff as that is how this game goes. He offers to comp me what I lost. Of course he can only comp me the 21 raw diamonds and another 30 grand.

I actually wasn't going to bother uploading this one but the whole story and what actually was shown in the recording just doesn't match. Figured I would let the admins look this one over.

As for some reference video this is myself driving the car, and my two friends about a year ago intentionally trying to flip a car into air using the hemit and a hatchback on our altis life server.  This is how I know about how the intentionally trying to destroy the truck by sliding between its tires.

Hey Hunter, it was genuine lag you can see in the youtube video me trying to overtake you then I lagged into you. I dont have any proof of me lagging as I dont record but you have my word for it.

Kwalor, this isn't any thing personal or being salty, just to have that out there.  Actually I would love to RP with you, even if its getting robbed.  And your response was actually quiet welcome and nice to get.  Just every thing I see just looks so much like the reference video.  In the incident video the only thing I didn't do was counter so it would be pickup truck going airborne.

As for your word, on the internet no one really holds to that any more, but I will take your word in this regard.  Lag does happen, and we discussed this in game.  With your forum account being over a year old, I can see you are not a new player here.  Also the fact that you came to the forums also tells me you have interest in staying and playing on this server.  When you are not dealing with the trolls the RP actually is fun.  Incidents like this I post up just in case there is repeated cases and since you have given your word to me, I don't want to see you banned over real issues, as even i get lag and DCs at the worst time, well it's all the worst time all the time.

I will ask that the administration pass over this report and disregard.

I'm unsure why you reported him rather than speaking on team speak as he sent you a message directly saying he will comp you... A quick chat on team speak could have sorted this rather quickly.
