I was driving along the road when these guys in a truck ram into me then drive off. They return and the driver gets out says "haha" then drives off.

Unfortunately I cannot action this report as we do not know the name of the person who was driving mate. 

It would be impossible for me to find who was driving that vehicle without witnessing it myself or someone else giving the name of the person driving.
