Got shot randomly without any RP. This maybe does not show it that good but he is nowhere near me, he shot me from across the hill @drugdealer.
I also had a lot of good gear that I'd like to have back.

Why have you not tried to resolve the situation with the reported player? Maybe it was a misfire? Mistakes happen right? Please explain why you didn't bother to resolve it.
