I was downed at the airfield after colliding with another vehicle and was awaiting medical assistance the police show up and crash their helicopter resulting in them being downed also.
After i'm revived by medics i make my way towards the hanger to get my helicopter out and i notice a hobo jump inside my helicopter who is then followed by a police officer, the officer then begins to say to me to not fly away are your rotor will be disabled or something tho that effect, by the time he has finished saying that im already in the process of flying away and try to land quickly before they begin shooting.
I then land the heli as i initially thought the cops wanted to speak to the hobo and i wasn't risking dying because some hobo jumped in my heli who the police were after, so i landed so they could talk with him.
To my surprise they wanted to speak to me so i decided to decline there offer of a chat and try and make an escape, I get back in the heli and pretend i'm taking off to buy some time and think how im going to get away, i see a car and make a run for it, i get in the car and without any initiation stating he was going to shoot my tyres decides its a great idea to shoot at me and kill me.

I did speak with him in team speak after what had happened and was quite frankly disappointed in his attitude coming from a former staff member and now part of the dev team we talked for awhile and had different opinions and we were going round in circles and we were not getting anywhere then he says he would just like to take it to the forums as a player report.
I did ask multiple staff members about the initiation on the heli then asking if it was ok to just shoot at my tyres without further initiating and nobody could give me a answer and for that reason this is partly the reason i have brought it to the forums.

The second reason i'm bringing it to the forums is because of ArrogantBreads attitude to the situation in a tinychat conversation last night as you can hear in the link below he is gloating about the fact all he had to do was apologise and he got away with it.
This is what i believe to be a serious matter and for someone to mock and make a joke out of it is unacceptable and im disgusted that this is the attitude taken from someone in his position in their community, does he handle and react to every situation the same, who knows i cant make that call but judging from this one it just shows somebody that does not care in my opinion.
Link to the Tinychat conversation the full 20 mins can be uploaded if requested but i only took what i seemed was relevant as this is all they said on the matter.

The first thing to mention is the tiny chat conversation. That happened in a room of 30+ people, if I really meant what I said it would not be in front of 30 random people. It was taken completely out of context in that snippet. I'm not stupid so I can see how it sounds, that being said if there was an extra minute of video you'd hear how I was making a joke about Pavillion/Invictia and the way that resolving/apologizing used to be used as a scapegoat for shit roleplay i'm sure there are about 30+ people who can attest to that point...

I was sincere in my apology for the sub standard roleplay, and I stand by that.

And the important part of this is the actual situation - Compliance was given to you when you were in the helicopter. Not to the helicopter itself, the helicopter is merely an inanimate object. That combined with the fact hat you exchanged a total of about one word with wither the police or NHS, is the reason why I tried to shoot the tyres.

As can be seen in the video my intent was just to shoot the tires to stop the car and speak to John, but obviously didn't pan out

The spongebob cut was to remove something that said in teamspeak, nothing offensive but I dont wish to air it on the forums to protect that individual by request. You say i only gave one word to yourselves / medics that was because there was 7 + people down and medics were trying to save lives, generally of course i would stay and role play but giving the circumstances this would not of been possible as there was so much talking / screaming going on i left.

I accepted your apology and was more than happy to leave it at that as these things happen when engaging on a vehicles tyres, but what i don't appreciate is the fact that as you say in front of 30+ people that its perfectly acceptable to gloat and make a mockery of what i said to you in a personal message in team speak, I felt you belittled me and made me look like a fool.

You were gloating in a tiny chat / team speak channel in front of 30 + people you are supposed to be setting a example to these guys as a long standing member of this community, you really think this is the right way to go about it.

There was a lot of young and impressionable people in that team speak channel when this went down, this is i'm sure not the kind of attitude we want to be setting for these guys.

So after reviewing all of the evidence I have come to the following conclusions. 

Now, I understand that you resolved the situation with ArrogantBread, but once a resolution was reached and both parties where happy, it still comes here because he was on TinyChat talking about it behind your back. 

There is no rule within our rules stating that talking behind someones back is a violation of the rules. You state this isn't a revenge report but looking at it you just seemed to be annoyed about him talking behind your back about the situation and once you resolved it you brought it to the forums despite this.

Anyway, we are here now so I have to review the evidence that happened in-game and not in TinyChat as there was no server rule breech in the TinyChat. So, Arrogant's RP wasn't the best but by no means out of the boundaries of the server rules. I don't think this is an RDM breech nor poor RP breech either. It looked like an honest mistake and I don't think that it was his intentions that he was going to kill you, accidents happen unfortunately. But with that being said it is still not acceptable and I think that this whole situation would be more suited to a PCC as this doesn't breech any server rules as such. 

But also, don't you think that you provided some poor RP to the medic only saying 1 word to him and then getting in a helicopter and trying to fly off? Then the police did clearly state and tell you to get out of the helicopter. Initially you did, then you tried to fly away so you got your tail rotor disabled. Then you tried to flea the area when you knew the police where after you, and from looking at the video they didn't really have anyway to chase you but you where spoken and initiated on by the police once in the helicopter and they where just simply trying to stop a criminal getting away. They had clear evidence that it was you in the vehicle, and you had already being spoken to and initiated on by the police. Now, I am not sure what Arrogant's intentions was to either take tires or to kill you.

So, after those findings I am going to do the following. 

John, your role play was very poor with the medics and you didn't have any intentions to RP. I know that you don't have to if you so wish but they you are ruining the medics RP experience. Please remember for the future that we do play on a RP server and even if there is lots of people you could of still tried to RP. So please bare this in mind for the future.

Arrogant, your RP wasn't the best and you could of provided more but not in a violation of the server rules. Now, the police initiated on the helicopter and disabled it and he was more that aware of it, he then tried to flea in the car and you killed him, because of the prior initiation this is not RDM but close, always remember to try and re-initiate. Remember we are high for RP and you should try and RP more. 

If John wants to make a PCC then he is more than welcome to. 

But as far as server rules go there was no violation.

This is not a revenge report at all, what he did was very unprofessional, gloating and saying he got away with it is hardly the example a man in his position in my opinion, so therefore it was brought to the forums as i felt this matter was not taking serious enough by himself.

As i said in my previous replies there was 8 + guys down there was a lot of shouting and so many people talking along with medics reviving everyone that was downed it was pretty much impossible to RP as there was a lot of things going on.

Really, am i imaging the police helicopter that was on the airfield ? there was so many other avenues that this could of went down, he could of easily got picked up or radio ahead that a suv was making off.

My role play is always to a high standard and i continue to provide high quality role play to whoever i encounter, as i stated above the reason was clear why i did not RP but in all fairness did the medic attempt to role play with me he just walked away and began reviving people as i stated above it was absolute chaos at that airfield, do not underestimate what im saying this is no excuse for not role playing but given the circumstances i thought id leave and let them get on with it.

I don't see why this wasn't taken to the PCC in the first place as there is no server rules break and John you can't report someone because they mocked you and talked behind your back. 

This is a serious role play community, correct ? I can report him if does not take the situation serious enough, I felt like he belittled me and made a mockery out the situation and his clear disregard for what he has done and i quote " I said sorry and got away with it " .

I would like this PCC to be closed as i dont believe this is a PCC issue, I thank you for taking the time to review this situation and i bid you a good day.

Arrogant, remember that you are Developer for this community and it is important that you are representing the community and you are going to need to remain professional throughout. 

Please let this be a warning and keep certain opinions to yourself.
