The black SUV tried to ram me once, i stopped and ANPR him. After that he rammed me again and my car blowed up. I did not try to resolve this with the player, since VDM is not resolveble.

Hello @Roban I've reviewed the evidence and whilst I can see you ANPR the SUV I don't seem to find any evidence showing that the driver is indeed "DennSon Garro". Do you have any futher video that can prove that he was driver. Seeing as the car could've been stolen I can't be 100% sure that the owner of the car is also the one driving it.

I do not have any footage that shows the driver's name.

Without any evidence of who was ramming you I'm afraid I can't take any action as it's very possible that the vehicle could've been stolen.
