I was standing stationary with my blackfish when this orca rams my helicopter blowing us both up. I tried to come to agreement with the guy. However he refuses to even talk to me on teamspeak when I ask. He claims it was an accident due to lag but I believe he made it look like an accident to VDM me on purpose. I gave him the benefit of the doubt obviously though because I can't tell for sure that is the case. Considering he's refusing to even speak to me on teamspeak I have decided to take it to the forums. The least thing he could do to show it was not on purpose is to talk to me and offer compensation for the accident he has caused. Due to him not doing this I'm posting this report and I would still be open for him to contact me on teamspeak and sort this out and offer me compensation if he is willing.

This is clearly VDM and Delusionn can explain why he chose to do this in a ban appeal.
