Please (in detail) describe the incident: We robbed this guy who was doing a salt run on 2x, we initiated on him told him to put his hands up and he complied. After we sold all the salt he pulled his gun cause we didn't restrain him and didn't take his gun cause we didnt want it and knew if he wanted to kill us he needs to initiate. He put his hands down and ran into a building and blatantly shot us without any form of initiation. He refused a liason and also executed us with poor quality rp. We had 3.1 Mill on us put together and he executed us without even robbing it from us.
