As you see in my video you try to get a player to get out of the green zone to kill him while you point your gun at him.

While i had a look on your video it seems that you are missing the point where you try to get the player out of the green zone. 

And since is clear that you have tempered with the video what about you upload the hole video and not the edited version ?

You can clearly see the guy wants us to shoot him so i dont see the problem here (even if you do see a problem there is no evidence we would have done anything to that player anyway) And where is the rest of your recording where you literally admit that it was admin abuse? And as to the regards of our whole* video, Alex records his gameplay through geforce experience which records the last five minutes only nothing more or less the only bit he edited was the end where the recording was no longer necessary. Finally despite all of your argument you are literally missing the point, warn me or whatever for what you thought was guiding someone out of a green zone but the actual report here discusses you admin abusing not our wrong doings. So why dont you post that part where you admit to admin abusing and then the report can be finished and they decide your punishment.

As you can hear in the video above the user is quite clearly saying "Shoot me" . Anyway the point we are trying to make is that you admin abused, and were quite rude to us when we tried our best to state we had to leave in 30 minutes, We said this in the nicest way possible.

Me and Friend's all agree that this is not the way to act if you are trusted with such power as admin, and we all have come to a conclusion that we think he should be punished as in maybe you could revoke his privileges for a period of time or straight up revoke them.

This would have all been fine if we got our items back, however this report is not about our actions its about how he used his powers in a destructive way.

(6.1.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered in green zones at all times. Breaking this rule can result in being kicked from the server.

Still have no idea on what admin abuse you call for and since you show the hole video i have no idea what part you are asking for since i never said i admin abuse ? 

 
Yes we broke the rules and thats not our bloody point 🤦‍♂️.  Our point is you admin abused by taking our items and refusing to give them back, the video show this. If you would like to provide the rest of your video when we are in the admin sit you will clearly hear you saying "You broke a rule on the server" then me saying "Yes i know but thats still admin abuse" then you saying "Yes i know its admin abuse but you broke a rule so im not giving your stuff back"

Since you provided a hole video from the start to the end i don't hear me saying yes it was admin abuse since it cannot really be admin abuse in any kind since you got punish for breaking a server rule ? 

And staff cannot give stuff back we cannot spawn stuff back as i told you multi times that his cannot be done. 

 
In our video you cannot hear you saying this which is why i stated to upload your video where it can be clearly heard. And about giving items back, you offered no compensation for our expensive gear/items which we had worked for the entire day. Contrary to what you also said you never said it cant be done you just blatantly refused to give our items back which is admin abuse if you dont give us any form of compensation.

 
As this back and forth is failing to bring forward any further new points or evidence one way or the other. This post will be locked pending an outcome from a staff lead which will be made in due course.

Firstly, the report a player forum is intended to allow players to raise issues about other players breaking rules, not to raise grievances about the actions of staff members. This should be done by contacting a staff lead such as myself @Stavik @Aiden or @Drew directly or through teamspeak. Never the the less the staff leads have reviewed your claims and have come to a decision that we're happy to share with yourselves and the community for the purpose of transparency. 

So we see from Deleter's perspective that the two of you with unholstered weapons in the green zone contravening rule 6.1.2

(6.1.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered in green zones at all times.

Deleter has seen you trying to coax a player from the greenzone so that you may kill them, all the while you're pointing your weapons at the chap (again, 6.1.2).

Deleter has made the decision to take action against you for breaking the rule above, the guidance suggests kicking you from the server as punishment but Deleter decided that removing your weapons and items would amount to suitable punishment. Staff are given free reign to use their intuition to determine applicable punishments based on a 'Make the time fit the crime' approach. Was removing all of your items a little harsh? Yes, maybe it was but I have no issues with Deleter applying punishment in this way. 

Now on to the resolution that followed, both of your attitudes were quite frankly dreadful. Staff here are not paid and perform their duties on a purely voluntary basis, we ask for a basic bit of respect and will return this in kind. Telling Deleter to hurry up and continually assuring him he's going to get removed because he's 'admin abusing' is precisely why he hasn't made any effort to return your items following your relatively reasonable explanation (for the record we can not magically return your items in-game once they have been removed).

At the time of the incident Deleter let you both off with a warning for the relevant incident but I am going to add further to this, your attitude was unacceptable and a lesson needs to be learned. Alex - you will receive a ban for the original offence and for the disgusting attitude, you will need to explain this in your un-ban appeal. Smashy - You are to retain your warning for the initial offence and will also recieve a warning for your conduct.
