Admin DELETER banned me from the server , becouse I shot down heli ( already wrote for unban , with my view on the whole thing ). He wasn't thinking about anything around , was arguing with almost nothing in hand . Then when I asked to see the video , that should be proving that I didnt give them anough time etc. he refused to send it to me , even tho I should have the right to see it. For me this is admin not doing his job correctly.

(13.1) Any decision the staff team make is final. 

You were witnessed in the admin camera giving a helicopter warning shots after 4 seconds, you opened fire on the helicopter. You stated that you shot above the helicopter when spoken to by the staff team. 

(3.8) Warning Shots - 3 shots to the front and 3 shots to the rear of the helicopter with tracer rounds will be regarded as warning shots. This is the servers universal sign indicating that someone is telling you to leave. If you don't adhere to said warning shots, the helicopter may be fired upon.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

• Anyone creating false evidence, posting a revenge report, editing the evidence to make the accused look guilty, or knowingly providing false information on a report will end up getting banned themselves.
  

You also fail to mention this is a revenge report, because this is about a clear cut as it comes.

Regardless of all of that, this is not the way you deal with your issues as part of an adult community, you dispute your ban if you believe it was unfairly given in your unban appeal, not by reporting the staff member. 

Needless to say this report is rejected.
