Please (in detail) describe the incident
We had pulled over an SUV and i wasn't exactly sure what for since i had just come back from being AFK for 1 minute. I had a PC and a PCSO with me. The PC wasn't sure what to do so i just took over to show him what you are supposed to do. I was dealing with with the guys friend since he had an illegal firearm. His friend had got pretty heated about it and his friend was also metagaming saying that there was a server crash and he had just spawned back in which was apparently unfair. Clearly he hadn't just spawned back in since he was in an SUV. After i took the guys gun and illegal items then i got shot out of nowhere by Deko3LT even though no initiation was made. Also his friends name was Mantas. Also you can't hear me speaking since Shadowplay dosen't like recording my microphone for some reason. You can also see a ''cut'' at the end of the video and that is because i tabbed out to check my Teamspeak. I couldn't get the person into any kind of room on Teamspeak to resolve the issue either due to him not being on it.
