Please (in detail) describe the incident
Firstly I would like to apologies for my mic not being picked up on the recording (I will fix this for future events). Due to this I will say what I was said and hopefully if needed the people I spoke to will vouch for me if necessary.
I had just logged in and was running to Kavala Garage when I turned my recording on. This was my first interaction with anyone in the day.
When I got to the garage, DeividasAr was trying to sell a HEMTT Box, on which I refused as I tried to get my car out someone had parked there offroad in the way so I asked them too move it and they did.
I then got my HBS sport out and when I unlocked it I prematurely tied to get in and got stuck on an inventory page by the time I got off this page and tried to get in my car DeividasAr had got into the drivers seat so I locked my car and shouted that it was a government controlled zone and he couldn't take it.... on which I drove up and tried too keychian for his name and he continued to drive off.
I reached the market of kavala and informed 2 police officers my car had been stolen they asked my name and information on the car so I let them know. and they said they would keep an eye out for me.
I then continued to look for the car by using my keychain on arrival of the car it was in the water at Kavala PD and the thief was not in the car. So I asked the officers that were about if they had seen the man who had driven the hatchback into the water one officer told me to wait as he was upstairs in the PD. I waited and tried to talk to the man and he denied all claims and jumped in the water. The officer then jumped in and verified the car was registered to me and the thief ran away without trying to roleplay at all.
I never tried to make contact or bring him into TS as I didn't feel he would answer anyway so I went to support and spoke to Jefke (I think) in which he said It was a clear break of the rules and probably wasn't necessary anyway, and that if I wanted to fill out a report I probably should.
I understand it was a break of the rules but don't think it deserves a ban. Perhaps just a warning and being made to read/reread? the rules before he can come back onto the server.
