I ve been on my normal patrol as Police officer. I met armed guys at side of the road so I stopped had a nice chat. After that I continued and saw a Car in the middle of road and a hobo standing against two rebels. I came to them and started questioning them. Hobo said me that the person has illegal firearm. So by suspicous of Illegal firearm I wanted to check it, Mr. Charlie was refusing to complaing. (I had more encounters with this player and it was not very good, He disconnected in the middle of prison transport, but that is another story). DI Info came to my position and he had some fun and chat with another rebels that came, they did not know Mr. Charlie. I left him next to the wall and went to DI Info, when he suddenly got un-restrained. (he was ziptied, by rebels, dont ask me how, it is different story). He started getting away so I jumped into the car and started pursuit. Next part is on video. I can provide more video material if you need.... I did not tried to resolve with Charlie on teamspeak nothing, because from last encouters I know that he is not kind of person with who you can talk like a normal man. I want to report him for low quality RP almost Poor RP. This is not the worst situation with him, and I know that some officers can say it too.

I was there. 

Charlie and I stopped a hobo driving a cop car, The cop pulled up and questioned us. We told him we stopped the hobo and the hobo tried to say we had guns but I covered saying it was my pistol and I had a license. Then some Marmite Miners showed up and stood in the middle of the road with a flare gun. I told everyone to take cover, expecting to be fired upon. We soon noticed it was a flare gun and everyone as a group walked over to talk to the miners. The miners soon knocked out Charlie and restrained him. The cop did NOTHING about it and actually encouraged them to take him. The miners put Charlie in the car, Then got him back to talk to him some more. The miners asked the cop if it was okay to kill him, and the cop said he could offer 20k if they were going to kill him. The miners tried saying that Charlie was the leader of the miners that had a bounty, even though he was wearing a mask and you couldn't tell who it was. I asked how they could tell and they said "See the bit of skin under his helmet? That's how we can tell"... That was a pretty BS answer. There was no way they could've known who he was. I sent out a text for more cops to come because I thought that cop was being shit. A DI? I think showed up and two guys went over and knocked him out and ziptied him. I untied Charlie and we quickly fucked off.

Later on we were driving on and that's when the video was taken. Charlie gets out and screams for him to stand down.... We gave him a lot of time to comply... and he obviously didn't. I can clearly hear in the video Charlie giving the order, Although I will admit it is kind of hard to hear because he didn't have his earplugs in and his teamspeak volume was very high even though charlie wasn't even but 10 feet from him.

I included some backstory in my first paragraph because he talks about it in his report. I would also like to add that asdrox states in his report that   ""Hobo said me that the person has illegal firearm. So by suspicous of Illegal firearm I wanted to check it, Mr. Charlie was refusing to complaing."" 

I covered when we first met before the miners showed up that it was just my pistol and I had a permit, The cop believed me and said to the hobo "Why would I believe you, you stole a police car." Only after the miners showed up and basically took control of the situation did the cop turn his attention to Charlie. The miners kept insisting repeatedly that Charlie be searched.

Oh we did get revenge on the miners for attempting to kidnap Charlie. We spike stripped the road and waited for them, While they were fixing their car I went over to talk to them. One man noticed me coming and hid, the other came over to talk. I assumed I was being flanked so I told him to put his hands up and tell his friend to surrender. He complied but his friend did not and was promptly shot by Charlie for failing to follow my orders. He had his gun out and had flanked behind me. Thanks for saving my life, Charlie.

The miners restrained him, I unziptied him after the miners ziptied the second cop, I alerted the first one, he ran over to see what was going on, and we ran off.

@Rob Ust Thank you for writing whole store, but there are some mistakes in it I said that I would gave them 20k if they will KEEP him with them, anyway it was a prank. Next point you said that " The miners soon knocked out Charlie and restrained him. The cop did NOTHING about it..." dude I can not just go and try to restrain 4 rebels when I am alone, it is very dangerous, these situations mostly end by hostage operation or gunfire.

Whole situation was little bit weird for me.

Next point is that this post is not about that I died but it is about Charlie, because even if you are going to say something different @Rob UstHe has shity RP. It is not just my opinion, I do not want him to get banned, but I want to Charlie think about him and his roleplay, because answer on lock picking police car: " I tied my shoelace" or "I was cleaning a tire" is some kind of shity for me.
I do not want to say that I have best RP ever, I do not have, I have to learn many things.

Well at the end, I think we can close it because I do not want to argue with other players.
