Please (in detail) describe the incident: Dave Sancho has rammed police in his Sultan Classic BB03 UHL during a police chase of another vehicle. PC Aria Lanes has then attempted to impound the vehicle due to the offences and Sancho has then ran to his car and has got inside and driven his Classic round the corner mid impound and stored it so it could not be impounded.

Don't catch the store in the video, but it should be in the logs and was seen by multiple people. Can potentially try and source a longer video if necessary.
