Please (in detail) describe the incident

i was with my real life friend just online and wanted to show him some basics.
we walk towards the garage and some guy comes and immediatly starts to grab for his bag,
i out of self defence draw my pistol and wait for him to initiate on my as i just want to get on with the gameplay with my friend.
after he doesnt respond to anything he fires a shot and then kills me.
after i was downed he said he talked to me and at that point i can hear him?
he was probably on the wrong channel wich he clearly admits but fails to give items back.

I get that mistakes happen but you wouldnt comp and werent interested in evidence. With comp and an apology i am fine but you left me no choice

Mistakes were made and i should really care less about this matter but i really resented the fact you walked away saying "fuck yourself" or something along the lines and would therefore ask for an apology for mistreating me with the knowledge that your mic was in the wrong channel. It was the reason this went down.

Accepting this fact and resolving it will make the admins give comp and you now know to look twice in what group you talk.

Admin; is it possible to get my comp trough if this topic is retracted for getting an apology?

As i respawned i lost everything and he gained nothing either so.

No. Either retract the report and live without the comp or go forward and continue your report against the player.

(Personally, I'd love without the comp as the player acknowledges their wrongdoings and had clearly learnt, but that's just me.)

 
I hereby retract the report because i feel the accused player satisfied my request for an apology.
