What best describes this incident: Speaking OOC in RP and combat logging to avoid prison
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Darren Fisher was, when cuffed after an incident, spoke OOC saying 'in real life' you cant do X and going on about making a ticket. He never said a word before I cuffed him so no RP was produced from him. Then when about 45 minutes passed in the cells after I provided RP the whole way through, when taking him to Prison he combat logged. This was confirmed by his friend who said this to myself and Steve Jones. Saying Darren "turned the PC off to avoid going down" to prison.

Hey @Will W Do you happen to have any evidence that shows when the person in question did combat log as from these clips I cant see if he did combat log or not.

Hi @Kyle Kamara, apologies. In this video you can see at 10 seconds in he disconnects and his body jibs as he does so. This was closer to 3am on 23/09/24

Good afternoon @Will W,

In future, if you can put the session ID of the reported player(s) along with the name(s) (If applicable), it'd be greatly appreciated.

G2.3 is an obvious rulebreak, the reported player is seemingly begrudged about the nature of his arrest and breaks character referencing the server rules & the ticket system. Nothing further is needed.

C2.3 is somewhat more complicated, on our end the disconnect location matches the visual disconnection seen in the video above, but says he lost connection. The medal video with the random new player (with no session ID shown) discussing Darren and 'pulling the plug' isn't concrete evidence of combat logging, and could just be his mate trolling. It's enough to arouse suspicion. However, the reported player connected to the server after this situation twice the next day and there is no record of an attempt to contact police or staff via OOC chat, or discord channels. Given he was in active roleplay, lost connection (under possible suspicious circumstances) and failed to attempt contacting the other parties involved to continue roleplay (Or alert staff), it is sufficient to issue a permanent ban.

Thank you for the report, and your patience in its resolution.
