I was driving along the main road out of kavala and I encounter a box truck driving fairly slowly along. As I get closer towards the back of his vehicle he begins to slow down and stop in the middle of the road. Therefore I go for an overtake and he swerves into me as I am going around him. I therefore try and turn away from him yet he still turns into the side of my vehicle causing it and his truck to explode.

Hi @POKERBOY

Unfortunately from the video you provided, it's impossible to say whether this was a deliberate VDM or a Road Traffic Collision. There was noticeable activity going on to the left and it looks to me like Mad Mike was pulling over to that situation.  You were passing him at top speed and he would have had no time to react as it all happened in a split second.   I'm not saying it wasn't deliberate, simply the video doesn't make it clear enough for action to be taken.
