We were over viewing a rebel gun fight i was npas `just watching keeping track of the situation where everything we ended up getting involved after taking shots we neutralized the situation was starting to sort out what was happening just a short time after we saw a white hatchback lingering around so i decided to take of and follow it and attempt to talk to him about what he was doing because the situation was over but i think he had other plans so i attempted to land and talk to him once and the second time he decamped and sprayed me up when all i wanted to do was talk to him and ask him what he was doing hanging around at this point he decamped and with no warning sprayed me out the Rp was Wide open but was declined i attempted to find him after the situation but he was not on ts or ingame

Sorry if i shouldnt post here but i felt i should seeing as in the video the guy on the gorund dead next to the truck is myself. Now i aint spoke to Danini at all regarding this report but i do believe he possibly shot after the go ahead was given to me after i told cops if they shoot at the hemmt's they will be shot by me and my boys and in the chase that led to me being killed cops had shot at our tires.

But in the report you say this happened  03/07/2017 when actually this happened on 03/01/2017 so you made this report 6 days after the situation. 

Now if im mistaken here then im a sorry but if i can remember correctly you have to report within 24 hours of the situation happening. As i said if this is not the case anymore then i apologize.

 
Ok so this is my side of the things. We were driving on the mainroad from airport to weed field when we spotted some traffic at the meth kitchen i think it was so my gang members who were doing the run drove there and saw a huron and immediately one of them started lockpicking the huron so we could steal the lsd. After we stole the lsd we he was driving away and i was setting up just incase the police shoot his tires and he initiated on the police that if they shoot at his tires their going to get shot and every officer in the area aswell    Initiation proof : http://plays.tv/video/58c03c296fd6b36d55/proof-of-initation-  So they told him to stop the truck but they didnt shoot the tires since they knew they were initiated on. My gang member drives past a shack and then his tires get shot which allows me to shoot at the police not only that but they after killed him which just gave me an even bigger reason to shoot back at them. I drive past and i see him laying on the floor dead so i decide to open fire on them and setup somewhere and while driving past a cop comes on the road but doesnt say anything I CAN POST PROOF OF IT IF ADMINS WANT ME TO.        so i just kept driving. After turning on another dirt road and driving i spot 2 or 3 officers in banana jackets running over to me from the side so i start driving faster then not long a police heli starts tailing me which i say in the video which made me think their trying to stop me. The main reason aswell why i thought they were trying to stop me is because the heli was very close as if it was trying to land on me so i stop + i thought that they knew i was neon's friend so thats a second reason i thought they were trying to stop me and possibly arrest me. So the heli was very close to me in a stupid position very vulnerable and seeing that they shot at neon's tires and killed him and that the gunfight still wasn't over so i took my chance and shot him down. I was well within my rights to shoot him because 1. i didnt know he was trying to "roleplay with me" like he said when they didnt say a word to me thats why i drove away 2. We initiated that if they shoot neon's tires all of them will be killed which they did shoot at his tires 3. they killed neon after that which is another reason why i was within my rights to shoot him 4. There were cops coming from my side running over to me + one of them came on the road and a heli was flying right above me looking like it was trying to land infront of me or ontop of me making me think they know im involved or that they are going to arrest me for suspicion of being in the situation. Thats 4 reasons why i was within my rights to shoot you it was just your poor way of trying to stop me. Why would you fly so close to me and when i get out of the car with a gun out you just hover over me like you were baiting. Not only that you report me after 1 week and if im right your supposed to report in 24h. 

I can go on about this for a long time so dont tell me that i had poor rp when you didn't say a word to me.

You should of approached me another way not 2-3 armed officers and a heli .... smh

You also lied saying that you tried to solve it with me. I knew you would just be mad thats why i kept keeping an eye on teamspeak if you messaged which you didn't and you say that you did try to resolve when you did not. Stop trying to revenge on me.

rom what i seen he was just a nosy rebel  hanging around he never shot at any of us untill i tryed to land next to him that why i made the report as i did attempt to get in contact with you but you had logged of so i went to talk to a staff member and he said that what he had seen from the fatigue used as evidence that i seemed a bit poor of him just to shoot me considering i had no side bench gunners and was not a threat to him he cold of shot anyone but instead he shoots me and then leaves the aria with no turther gun fight to be in play  didn't want to go to report just wanted to talk top the person in question

What day did this incident occur @Sgt Joe Blogs
I have the report stating it was on the 7/3/17. However Danini and Neon state it occurred on the 1/3/17.

 
to my knowledge i reported him 2/3 days after the incident happened but if it was out of the time of report time that is all ok i dont under stand the fact of he shoots me and no other officer or reble

 
Joe, unfortunately due to the report a player rules you need to report a player within 24hrs of the incident occurring.

Because of this, I am going to have to Reject the report as you failed to do it within the required time.
