Please (in detail) describe the incident
1. The accused stole my police car, VDMed another car, putting the sacred life of the medic in my car in danger. The medic was killed by the following explosion, so were the two occupants of the other car.
2. The accused performed some wizardry which allowed him to jump out of my car several times while restrained.
3. The accused was unrestrained for his lack of cooperation, so he decided to steal my car one last time.
