Please (in detail) describe the incident: On the 15/02/2023, an unknown male robbed George at the Firm fuel station on Prosperity St. He was hunted down by George and Chad, a fellow member of the Callaghan Family but he made off and managed to keep the gun he stole and wasn't seen again. The following day, George and Jamal intended to search for the same individual to get revenge and torture him for information as to why he robbed George etc. He was spotted in a white local car at Bean Machine in Legion square and was chased down by George, Jamal and Kat from the Callaghans. He was spotted stationary where we all moved in to attempt to place them into zipties and bring them somewhere discreet. When met with 3 guns they spun the car and began driving off, this was the first instance where it could be considered NVL however it is what followed that is being reported. They drive towards city hall where Kat manages to injure the driver and George and Kat approach the lone passenger, he was asked to put his hands up and get out the car, he exits the vehicle and turns and jumps to run away whilst there were 2 guns pointed at him, he continues to run which is when he begins to be shot, he pulls a gun and is downed.

I never lost anything during this scenario and wouldn't be fussed if I did, I just think that the roleplay provided from the robbery the day before followed by the NVL doesn't show the quality roleplay that the server needs. The fella was banned mid scenario so I couldn't contact him in OOC chat so if he sees this report feel free to comment and I'll join you for a chat in liaison.
