he drove his vehicle straight into one of ours without slowing killing 3 of us. he then made a post of the forums complaining about us

As you will see from the post I was asking what is considered good RP I hope the title and content will prove my innocence on the second part of the complaint. The very last sentence on this post reads ("I would stress that this is not a complaint but just seeking clarification.") as I was hoping to engage with admins on this issue.

The VDM part....... Yes I am trying to learn the rules and I am new to this game play, most evenings ground branch the team of the complainer have consistently put up a road blocks encouraging the behaviour displayed. Having read the rules and interpretations I would say that the complainer and his team are trolls and just trolling by using these road blocks. This trolling behaviour sets a bad example for any new players and ends in Kavala area being trolled by pissed off newbies.

With regards to the VDM you will see from my video that a ground branch member executes me with very poor RP which is against the rules as well. Again you will notice this group and the complainer don't want to recognise their actions and childishly state "you VDMed us".

I have video of the complainer and his group acting OOC and working with police on the server, I can provide more video if this is necessary. People in glass houses should not throw stones.

I also believe this to be a revenge report, I have challenged him on the rules with regards to poor RP which he and his team are not happy about, again more video evidence can be produced for proof if required. As you will see he has commented on the above post if he has read it he would have read the line that it was NOT a complaint again more evidence of revenge.

The outcome - well its is fair to say that I did commit the VDM but in mitigation you will see the act was carried out due to frustrations around the trolling taking place by a member who should know better. A member for 2 years and wants to troll with his team and cause new players to rage and leads to very questionable actions afterwords by newbies.

If any ban is given I believe we both broke the rules myself VDM -

Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels[/SIZE]

Ok - I have had some time to watch the evidence as well as the ones provided in a different thread on the same situation: 

buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas

Putting up vehicles on Kavala Bridge is not the same as blocking a spawn area. A spawn area is considered the area right where the vehicles spawn preventing new vehicles from being taken out of the garage. 

Having looked at the evidence provided from both sides I agree that @Daddy666 has indeed broken 2.1 VDM rule.
