Playing GTA5 RP and i was selling my gold and iron, came outside to guy with knife, he didnt say a work apart from what sounded like yo then hit me with the knife and killed me. No attempt to rp. Tryed to sort it in chat after but he said he told me to put my hands up.

Hi I'm the person you are reporting. So after consulting with other people and attempting to speak to other people (note the attempting part) I came to the conclusion that my settings/drivers were to blame. As I said other OOC chat I did initiate on you by saying "alright mate put your f**king hands up and hand over your cash or I'll slash you up bruv". Unfortunately unknown to me at the time my mic as I previously said was not working. I sincerely apologize for this mix up, and I am currently trying to find ways for my mic to work 100% of the time, not just 25% as it currently seems to. As such if you lost anything, I am willing to refund you the full amount. If you can can you please send me a higher quality image of your inventory I will refund you next time you are around in game.

The money wasn’t the problem so I’m not worried about that, I appreciate the apology, might be worth tearing you mic in game just to make sure it is working next time as I would of happily given up my stuff and put my hands up if I had heard you. This can be noted as resolved
