I was driving, noticed a guy was following me, heard no sort of communication what so ever from the people chasing me throughout the chase. When I finally crashed nothing was said still, and the people chasing me simply didn't initiate, and killed me on sight when I got off my quad bike.

If was saying pull over a lot of time yet you didnt which is why i shot you.

The video you have posted Cxrter has no volume on it from what I can see and hear, and doesn't prove that you were trying to communicate with me what so ever. Another point I want to bring up is when your in a vehicle and try to communicate to other players outside of your vehicle, they will barely be able to hear you what so ever, and even if the thing was stationary with the engine off, let alone in a noisy car chase, so their was no chance what so ever I would be able to hear you, which my video backs me up on, the fact that no initiation took place.

we were chasing your for about 4 minutes why wouldnt you pull over you were on an atv and we were on an offroader...

oh and by the way im uploading with audio and plus at the start of the video look at the bottom left (direct communication)

Well he is allowed to run for his life ,and it is true that you cant hear any communication coming from vehicles, it only works well on foot. Plus i dont Believe Side chat is valid as a form of communication for RP. It might be best to try to talk and work things out, and make this into a good learning experience, cause you probably didnt know that talking from a vehicle doesn't work or that sidechat isnt RP.

If someone talks in direct chat, the actual "Direct Chat" on the bottom left shows up when speaking, that did not happen the whole video. Also when he got out the car it did not say "Speaking" at all until he shot you. Last thing, taking ammo from a dead person counts as body glitching if I am correct, as you are only allowed to take a weapon.

So I think now its up for the staff to decide your fate.

sure, i offered you your gun back and 100k but you still wanted 500k. can i ask where did this 500k come from?

 
This thread is about you RDMing, not the money I asked for compensation before I posted this, so I think you are going a bit off topic.
