Seeing as both sides have said their piece, let's resolve this one.
The evidence doesn't show much, however, the timings reported from both sides are seemingly accurate, making this a fairly simple conclusion.
G4.5 (NLR) states;
- Due to your injuries, you must not enter any combat situation until at least 15 minutes have passed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat, in which case you must still roleplay your injuries.
- Due to your injuries, you must not re-enter the combat situation that caused you to be downed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat. Deliberately placing yourself in a position that would re-enter you into that combat situation is not allowed.
Those two mentioned are the only parts of G4.5 that apply to the situation described.
Autumn was downed by Nick Duncan at 00:59 by Heavy Revolver, with the old classic "One Dead" screamed into the microphone
Autumn was revived at 01:10 at Pillbox.
Autumn waits 30 minutes (I'll be conservative with the timings) at the Arcade.
Cutlass as a group, I imagine, then head to the dodgy doctor at 01:54 (Time mentioned in the original post),.
We've got our timeline, let us establish whether or not those two points have been breached.
Autumn, with the evidence presented, did not enter any combat situation without 15 minutes of being revived. No breach here.
Autumn, did not re-enter the combat situation that caused her to be downed, nor deliberately placed herself in a position to re-enter that combat situation. The combat situation that caused Autumn to be downed, the gunfight at Grove, was done, thus, the combat situation finished. There was no combat situation at the Dodgy Doctor from what I can see, it's still a hostile situation, naturally so, but how can it be a combat situation, or a continuation thereof, without any combat? To put it simply, if both sides have enough time to A. Stop fighting, B. Leave the area they fought and C. Transport injured to dodgy doctors from either side as a continuation of the overall roleplay storyline, it's safe to say that
specific combat situation is done. For ease, I'll put the
definition of combat here: "fighting between armed forces", there was no fighting between armed forces (gangs), thus no combat at the Dodgy Doctor, or even a continuation of the same combat situation like the one being reported. No breach here either.
I've also looked at your OOC messages
@Nick Duncan and no liaison request message was posted, albeit it is not a requirement to do so, this could've been solved there. Consider it in future.
