Please (in detail) describe the incident: Firstly I'd like to thank whichever member of the staff team that is reviewing this report for their time .

Me and another grove member kye had grouped up around 10:20 - 10:30 . At the time it was just me and kye because a few grove members had been involved in other incidents . I entered ballas clothing around 10:30 as i wanted to wear something more casual 'blacked out' while me and kye looked for a cutlass member lacking on his ones so we could hands him due to the ongoing beef between cutlass and grove , it just so happened a cutlass member was in the clothing store flicking through clothing and I noticed it was cutlass so I ran out the store informed kye who was waiting on the outside for me . After this I proceeded to grab a local car and prep to grab the cutlass member . We grabbed the cutlass member outside ballas with no cutlass around. After this I went AFK for a short period .

kye took the cutlass member to our safe house where no one else besides kye and the cutlass member were present outside or in the safe house . When i entered the safe house me and kye engaged in RP with the cutlass member (now identified as posh T) regarding the ongoing beef . I felt as though the conversation was going nowhere so I decided to take the member to a secluded location in order to scare posh T more and drive the RP forward in general . I decided to take him to the dam . whilst we drove to the dam the roads were pretty empty with only locals with NPCs in them on the roads so we doubt any cutlass saw that it was grove in the car (can be seen in clip 1) .

when we reached the top of the dam we engaged in RP with posh T for another 2-3 mins i believe , as can be viewed in clip 2 . Due to posh T getting 'lipy' he was shot by kye and it was decided that we would dump him at the bottom of the dam . As we are dumping the body we are sprayed down by cutlass and i made a get away through the deep water of the dam and i believe that kye was killed by cutlass . We believe this is a rule break as cutlass just so happened to come up to the dam when we are dumping a body and kill us just by chance strongly suggesting to me that this was meta gamed .

As for the RDM rule break , let's assume cutlass did happen to just be up at the dam there is no way that they would be able to identify that we had a cutlass body as he was out of colours giving them no reason to shoot on sight at us . Even if we push the limits and assume some how cutlass did identify the body to be cutlass they had no reason to shoot at us as the person was already in the downed state so we did not pose a threat to the body we had and on top of this we were clearly outnumbered by cutlass so we would be forced to comply with them but instead of any legitimate RP taking place we were gunned down for no reason . I would also like to highlight that we may have ‘beef’ with cutlass but it is not an official war so no war rules are in place to allow for ‘KOS’ .

We did go to QE with autumn, ant and barry c where we discussed how to resolve the matter and it was agreed that a 2-5 min clip was required from their side to make sure that it had not been meta gamed . Shortly after this I was called by ant and he showed me a 30 sec clip where he calls out our car going up the dam while chasing 3 other black cars i was not sent the clip to review again because ant wanted to save it for forums . We were told in QE that barry ran up on foot to identify us but this cannot be seen in our clips where kye looks over his shoulder and we are yet to receive a clip from barry confirming this.

I do not usually put up reports which can be seen through my record . However i felt obliged to fill out this report as it just highlights poor RP and a fragger mentality as they battle the whole city from cutlass when there is soo much room for fun and genuine RP to take place.

As shown in the call i had with you, I come out of my house and jump in a local then i see a couple blacked out cars in the mirror park area and i shouted that on radio. I then see a dark looking car driving up the dam which i also shout on the radio to which we decided to investigate. We did not metagame this, you were spotted going to the dam and then we moved in to save our member.

Hi any hope your morning is going well

I appreciate you submitting the clip here I just have a few things to say regarding the clip . Like we said in QE we would like 3-5 min clip to paint a fuller picture of exactly what was going . I understand that you jumped out your house in mirror park but what made you do this when we were going up the dam . Second in the clip you have provided you do call out our car however we are unidentifiable so we would also like proof that Barry c did run the hill and check . lastly as you said in our call last night you were chasing them black cars which were heading towards the arcade , what made you quit following the bigger threat in my eyes and heavy focus on us (seen by you making the U turn at the end of your clip )

As ant has said here, I had received the information from ant via radio that blacked out cars were heading up to the dam. Because of the current 'beef' cutlass have with multiple gangs at the moment my character 'Barry' has been on edge and keeps an eye out for his surroundings. After receiving this information on the radio, me and a few more cutlass members were planning on going up to the dam and checking out these 'blacked out' individuals. I was the first up the dam and on my way up to the top i had heard a gun shot so proceeded to get out of the local i was in and proceed on foot for less noise. Before getting to the top of the dam i stood on top of a container where i seen a grove member dressed fully in grove colors stood towards the edge of the dam. I then got off this container and ran up closer and was waiting upon my fellow cutlass members that were on their way to the scene. By the time i got to a good position where the grove members could not see me i heard their car start up (a blacked out sultan) and drive along the dirt track. I then called this out again on the radio to my other members so they could cut them off at the motorway. Once this was called out, i ran back to my local to follow them and try to catch them heading towards the motorway, however i seen the car (sultan) next to the water where the bunker is.

Before revealing my location, i pulled out my phone and zoomed in as i had seen an individual that was in zipties and incapacitated. I then recognized this as a member of cutlass due to his tattoos, face and the hat that he always wears. After recognizing this as a member of cutlass i proceeded to call this information out on radio before approaching the scene and attempting to save my member.

This is for a number of reasons . Firstly can another player not have similar tattoos (considering the limited number of tattoos this is bound to happen) or dress in a similar way , clearly here you have failed to make sure it was cutlass in my eyes and have seen two grove members that you could kill to 'score a point' and feed your 'win/frag mentality' . Secondly when we grabbed Posh T we did this outside of the ballas carwash where a ballas member told us to do it off their turf ; the ballas member knew Posh T howver didn't recognize him by his tattoos or outfit but rather only when he spoke leading me to believe that he was not recognizeable . I'd also assume that Posh T would not want to dress in a recognizeable way wither considering he's down south where there is a strong grove presence. I would ask anyone reading this report how many of you know the exact tattoos on your friends characters ? . Thirdly in a dimly lit area such as the dam i would find it hard to recognize the tattoos on ones body evem via zoom .

All of this drama could be solved by a easly clip submission barry . You and other cutlass members have reached out and offered to show me clips or talk to me but why can you not submit them here rather than pestering me in dms to get in a vc . We managed to clip a full 10 mins when we felt a rule had been broken , you should have done the same when you were called to qe . Howvere if you do not have a clip it is understandable as cutlass never seem to have clips when they are being reported

You had kidnapped a member of ours and looked like you was about to dump him. I recognized him and made steps to try and get him back.

Okay @idkhub4 as you have 2 different rule break claims here ill do them 1 by 1. Ill start with the metagaming.

You claim that you dont THINK that any cutlass would have seen you with this chap. However thats not something you will ever know. Rule breaks and bans cannot be placed off thinking things. In the 2 clips that i have seen it shows nothing in the grand scheme of the scenario and even if you had the WHOLE thing recorded (which please never submit haha) you still would never really know who is watching you from where. So, cutlass may have known already that you had one of theirs leading them to be actively looking which from the cutlass clip provided that seems to be true. Side note on that, a report is for YOU to report someone on the rulebreaks you have seen them do. NOT somewhere that you request to see their 3-5 minute video. Then moving on from the safehouse, you drive RIGHT THROUGH CUTLASS TURF... of course that would come with a risk and potential to spot 2 grove in a blacked out car.

Moving onto the RDM, based off the little we know about the whole situation from the clips. You have a cutlass member, your dumping him. You dont really know who is around and watching and it seems they saw and were involved in more than you thought.
