What best describes this incident ?: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and 2 other police officers in unmarked clothing and an unmarked police car turned up in Mirror Park to do some trick or treating when a few vehicles pulled up asking us about what gang we were a part of and we responded with "no gang" etc however they kept pressing it. One pulled a gun and had it "hanging" along his side. I then say along the lines "you can calm down with that" and jumps over the fence. Before even reaching over the fence I get shot in the back by the person in the 4x4.

We brought it into liaison however I don't feel anything got taken from there hence this report. I am under the impression the roleplay provided was too poor for taking the kind of action they took.
As said in G1.2 "Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM" I don't think what was provided to us in any way shape or form constitutes "quality roleplay".

Due to the liaison I do not feel like I need to answer any further questions within this report unless specifically requested by the staff member dealing with the report.

Hi Mystix,
I'm ID:465 in the situation (First Interaction).

In the liaison Mystix, you were adamant you had never seen the gun pointing at you from the "Yosemite" but in the clip you provided, you not only can clearly see it but it's also relayed to you by your partner at [0:55 seconds].

Upon spotting you in your bright red Audi we chased you to your home to identify you. We had been previously shot multiple times by the Triads on the same road so we were on edge. The only goal was to question you (G Check) and find out which potential gang you were a part of. At the time I had no idea you were Police. Asking who you were a part of, to which you replied "Us" raising suspicions, I continued to ask more open-ended questions in hopes that the Roleplay could continue the right way,  as your first answer did not suffice. Whilst being questioned at gunpoint you were moving more suspicious handing out keys and pacing around the car, showing no indication of valuing your life. Eventually resulting in you jumping the fence as you felt you had no way out but that wasn't the case.

Our whole gang persona is set around Gangster Roleplay this is clear while performing a "G Check". With this situation at hand, you didn't allow this to develop further or even state you were Police putting a stop to it. Instead, we are all having to spend our time going back and forth however, this is not a bad thing as everyone can learn from this and we progress from here on out.

Hello!

After reviewing the footage provided, it does look like a ''wrong place, wrong time'' from your end @Mystix. I think we can all agree that the color of someones car isnt a good enough reason to open fire even if you're on edge due to previous altercations, but i can see what motivated your approach here @6AN6. Along with that and you trying to escape @Mystix whilst having two guns presented to you (granted one was very difficult to spot due to the massive charger on the bonnet) provoked an already tense situation. You're being asked simple questions and respond with cocky remarks wich may be how you like to play your character, but you have to accept that it may escelate situtations like it did here.

Regardless, both parties could have provided better quality of RP here and it will be the person that fired the first shots that will have to account for their trigger finger.
