I was on checkpoint duty when a lot of stuff was going on. i told the gentelman to leave the checkpoint with the heli as i told him before not to land inside of it. He than gives me a "initiation" wich was pretty bad and when i asked him to come to ts he said "no, go fuck yourself". than an other guy got the same thing as i did hence why i am just putting his pont of view here as well.

Okay.... to be fair here you were being continuously rude to us at the checkpoint so we attempted to hold you up. as i pulled out my gun and initiated you pulled out your RB gun hence why i shot. You were asking him to Join TS in an active Rp Situation hence why he said fuck off as thats all we have had from UNMC lately. So i dont see how this is RDM. If a staff member clarifys that this is RDM I will gladly compensate you "even though you were revived" or solve this on Teamspeak, i really dont feel like this report was necessary as you could of asked ME to ts instead of the other guy. i suppose me shooting you that quick probably wasnt the best thing to do, but honestly you would of shot me if i didnt. If we can talk in TS or resolve this somehow id prefer that as id rather this report not be up.

Look you pulled a gun out  what do you expect your gun was on ur back its not rdm when you try to shoot us you then got ur friends to come back once they had just died to taze us

also we where in an active situation when you told us to ts shouldve of waited a requested after it waas done

Okay after talking to a staff member on TS they think it was RDM So i will ask you how would you like to resolve this situation as you didnt lose any gear since you were revived what would you like me to do

and at 10 to 11 seconds youll see the dust partical where he had shot and missed an the barrier behind custard

Right that is untrue those are your bullets from your gun and here is the second video for some reason it doesn't show up really clear in the report  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4N_J7D4lVHQ

he complies but still gets shot ??

 
i know i made a mistake saying you shot i checked again

and and he ran away thats why he got shot

Okay to clarify he ran to begin with as did his other friend who pulled out a gun in the heat of the moment do you blame him for shooting, have you not made that same mistake before? because alot of people do. 

 
btw i dont see an issue with what i did i wasn't the one who killed you and if the other guys had an issue with that why didnt they tell me

 
Right I am not sit here argue i gave my input now going to let and admin handle it. you guy's had the chance to resolve it but hit me with the good old "go fuck yourself"

@Jhonny For RDM or Poor Quality RP reports we need a video showing the previous 3 minutes. If you could upload that it would be appreciated.

Alternatively, if you gents do want to continue to resolve this between yourselves, from what I have seen thus far it is likely to be an approved report for RDM. Of course any new evidence may change that if presented to me, but I hope that will steer you in the right direction to not have this end in a staff decision rather than your own.

unfortunately the video we had got corrupted and there for carnt provide and further evidence however if you get to see his footage 3 minutes previous to the events and 3 minutes after you'll see why we point blank refused any comp and to discuss it in ts  as he had his friends who had just died seconds before we pulled guns on him come back and rubber bullet us. This whole situation happend within 6 minutes and there was no chance there nlr timer was over so due to what happend within the short time period  is probly the reason this video has been cut short and was the reason it was left unresolved also UNMC are meant to be heart of roleplay asking someone to come to their radio chennel ingame within the first 4 seconds of the situation is awful role play he could of easily continued rp with us and requested after the situation but the most rp given is come to our radio channel and you guys are gonna get shot (we got shot by his friends who nlr) the UNMC should have known better which is one of the reasons why i told him to fuck of (this was said in game) as there was an active situation and he should've waited  another reason for this is medics where on the scene and no gear was lost so overall there was no reason to provide comp so overall he lost nothing so doesnt really have much of a reason to report.

The request for video was aimed at @Jhonny not for you @Loki123 don't worry (although if you have your perspective it would have been useful - if it's corrupted then no big deal just respond as per usual below once it is posted). I ask for the extended video for the exact reasons you describe, and it is for the person reporting to prove their case, you are always by default innocent of anything until there is evidence to the contrary.

Jhonny i am willing to resolve this over teamspeak if you would like as i feel a staff decision of a ban would be harsh when this could easily be resolved over a chat on teamspeak, ive been on the server 7+ months without a report on me and i always rp correctly i see here i made a mistake and apologies for that mistake but i would be happy to resolve this with you rather than being banned.
