Wile on a live medic patrole(with live i mean streaming) we were responding to a person in need of medical assistance, FA Jack Ripoff are the medic who attend in the first line to help the person, and once Jack ripoff have gotten the said player up, and they talk about what happened. the person said he remembered he was watching some high quality porn on hes TV, only then to realize hes TV was gone. the COS the procede to say that they had confiscated the TV due to him, the person who needed mecial help, had been watching child pornografy on hes tv.
And since for me this is a really soure topic i took a lot of offence in said rp evolvment the CSO conducted. and i decided to leave the building and go sit in my car, has i didnt want any part of that. i then procedded to text RAM about what too do, but due to no responce i asumed he would have said i should contact member suport. so luckly for me FADE was aviable at TS so we had a long talk me him and Eyar. and Eyar did appolegize for his mistake. but since i really feel offended by the topic. and i feel like this are a case i cant really resolve with him. i do belive the only way for me to finde peace with the case is to let staff handle the case.
And i want to point out this is not a revange report because i feel offended. because wile i do make this case, i also leave you with content of Jack Rippoff saying something he kinda shouldnt have said. and even tho hes a friend it did upset me a little bit. and i will leave this in the hands off staff. i will recomend you watch the video from the 2 hours and 6 minute marker in my twitch video that i will link bellow. i will also link the message i sent Eyar afther we spoke and i had tought about what too do about it. and thee are also a print screen of the message i sent to jack before i put up this report. but i do want to point out i dont blame jack has much has i do the cso has the cso to me was the one who made it up. and jack got carried away. with that i rest my case and leave it up too you guys.

As I was the current senior officer in charge of @Eyar Armstrong at the time due to the fact that there was a shortage of higher ranked officers because it being so late, I will be posting here in defence of Eyar.

I will start by saying that you had contacted @F A D E who came to our patrol channel who discussed the situation. After Eyar realising his mistake he began to apologise very clearly to F A D E and we came to conclude that what was said wasn't thought out before speaking. Eyar was also wanting to talk to you @John Yellow to apologise for what he had said. I wasn't in the liaison room but after Eyar came back he said that everything had been resolved. Then in the next 10 minutes or so he received your message stating that you wanted this made into a report for a staff member to make the decision. But I don't see why after two member support staff in the liaison room, Eyar apologising and that it been declared resolved from what I heard that you still think it is necessary to report it.

I know what Eyar said was very inappropriate but he was the most apologetic I've ever seen, Eyar is not a person who would want to offend someone and if he ever did by accident he immediately would apologise. I've know Eyar for along time, this has been the first instance where he has been reported. I know Eyar learns fast from his mistakes and he's a great person to get to know, and he has been very dedicated to get into the police and because this was his first day as a CSO he was very nervous and it's this nervousness that can ruin you mind of thought, this is what had caused him to say something like that.

Hello DTYlan, wen i spoke with Eyar and fade, we did not "resolve" the problem. yes we had a long chat, but at the time were Eyar left and wen on wiht hes daily thing we had not resolved it, but it was made a point that i needed time to decide what i wanted to happen next about the incident, and afther i took my time. i felt that this isnt a topic that are up to me to decide about, but rather up to staff. That is why we could not resolve it. and i made a report on it. hope that clears up about the chat

Saying that i didnt want it resolved and only wanted to report you is wrong. Thats why i contaced FADE in the first place for hes opinion and see what he tought about it. but at the end of the day, afther consulting with Fade and talking with you, i felt it was not up to me too decide on the mather due to the kinde of RP it was, and that is why it s now up on a report. Yes i stated wen we did talk that me personaly have a 0 tollerance for that kinde of RP, and there for i wanted a second opinion (fades) and afther hes opinion and talk with you, i still felt that a report were the best choice in the mather, not to punish you, but also to get a clearification on the mather around RP that involves abuse of kids.

Imagine if we banned everybody who offended someone? At no point did the CSO make fun/laugh at that topic. All he stated was that it got took away because that was found on there. 

This breaks no rules. Id advise the CSO not to say anything like this is the future though, because it can cause these kind of reports. 

For you John, he apologised, he spoke to you to say he was sorry, he genuinely was sorry and you still put up a report? Think next time.
