Robbing bank and "CSI Reminissions" Shot and killed me, no warnings, would like to get comp (money i should of got from bank) nothing else, told that he might loose his staff rank bit i would not like to take it that fair.

Ok for the sake of ease, I am going to copy and paste the response I gave in the comp request so everyone is up to date:

"Yeah, so just to clarify, this incident took place at Kavala bank on CC Tadworths live stream, I was actually quite upset as I had moved my mouse a little too far to the left, and it caused my keyboard to click my mouse and my gun went off, single fire to the chest.

Realising what a horrible mistake that was, I ran over, and instantly apologised, He seemed fine with it, we let him go, he asked me for Comp right away (He didn't loose anything really) but I felt bad so I ran to the cash machine. I gave him 1 million for his trouble. He then logged off, **NOT STEAM FAILURE** it actually stated "disconnected". He then logged back in and told me he didn't get the money, although I had indeed lost the money myself as I handed it to him directly. So when he got back on he actually messaged me saying he hadn't gotten it, so I still felt bad, so I sent him another 1 million from my bank to his, so I knew he must have it this time as it goes right to his bank. 

After the second lot, he logged off again, (Again not failures, just a pure disconnect) he then logged back in and asked me for another million. 

I said I am not going to send it a third, fourth, fifth time, because you'll clean me out, I don't have the money so its either gone, or you've got it, he then asked if he should fill out a comp request, I said its possible that some one will be able to see where its gone or what ever but I don't know"

Now as far as what this was to gain, I assume as stated at the time it was the money that he felt he didn't get how ever upon investigation Aiden found that I had in fact given the money, but he didn't in fact receive it so it was a game bug, so I am unaware if this is some thing he wants to action against me or wants his money or what but this is all my side of the information.

Don't see why you just check the logs to see what happened i have the proof i didn't just disconnect...

This report will be dealth with by Staff leads or Management

 
Okie dokie then, had a watch over everything, had a look at the logs.

You're told force will be used to restrain you if you don't give yourself up, put the pistol away etc. You choose not to. Police storm the place and you're shot and killed by @Reminissions

What do the rules say?

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

They certainly engaged in roleplay before they shot and killed you, gave you more than enough time to comply to what they were asking and met the requirements of this rule.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

Again the requirements of 7.1.3 were met.

Overall no rules broken, @Reminissions very clearly went above and beyond to try and give you compensation, I can see from the logs that none of this reached your account and I can see from your video this is because of your connection quality/internet speed due to the consistent yellow/red chain in the bottom right of the screen. 

Remi was never required to give you any money and did so from his own kindness and you repay that by reporting him? Not really cricket is it?

Report denied - no rules broken, no compensation required.
