we start by doing a HM where we get one truck of gold out of the hm successfully but it turns in to a gunfight in agios.I buy gear and come to join and help my gang but as soon as i arrive with no warnings or even spoken to CSI Dredd shoots me without seeing a gun or even knowing that im apart of the gunfight. I tried to find him in ts but he had logged and didnt come back for almost 24 hours.

I remember this incident. Comms came through to me advising that a black/white sporty was attempting to move combatants who'd engaged us. Obviously, I hadn't seen this personally, but I was aware that there was a medium / large group of rebels resisting arrest who'd taken out multiple officers during and shortly after the failed attempt on the bank. I saw your vehicle, confirmed the communication and then took you out. 

As for not being on TS, I've been at work. I'd have more than happily discussed the matter if you'd made an attempt to contact me through another memeber of police command or the forums. I'm quite easy to reach. 

I'd like to request an uncut video with sound also. The video appears to have been cut at around 4:30.

The cut is just lag it must've been recording software, i cut the sound out because i didnt set my setting correctly and u can just hear music for the whole thing , dont really see how sound would affect me showing up and getting sprayed.You can also see its not me cutting the video to potentially miss something that would prove me wrong out of the recording as its about 1 second, the removed earplugs text is still on the screen after the cut.

I`ve seen some of the posted footage by @J.Cole, but its not sufficient evidence for me to evaluate. It doesn`t even have any audio to it, can you upload the video with proper sound to it and that is unedited? 

@CSI Dredd : Do you have any video evidence on your part to defend the accusations against you?

Firstly to my understanding: 

-The vehicle involved wasn`t white, but beige and a Black top. 

-You weren`t able to 100% visually confirm that this was the correct vehicle, so as a precaution just take out the socalled threat.   

-The Intel you had, that their was gang resistance in the city but not a confirmed target that was accurate.

- You decided to take out the target from a distance, to eliminate the criminal in a sports hatchback.

-Why didn`t anyone from the police not take the intiative and go after the guy with police vehicles?

As for the colour, I believe somebody in an MH-9 had called it, also rendering them more or less incapable of taking any action themselves.

There isn't much else I can really say, I didn't think I'd need to remember a random firefight with a gang, however, I was there while the situation was still ongoing at the bank, I was well aware that a large group was involved and that they were using sports hatchbacks.

@CSI Dredd: During your operation, you probaly had other officers close with you. Would they be able to put in any video evidence to back your defence on what happened?

@J.Cole : Your video evidence needs to be made so we can process it accordingly,  and is recommended to have sound to it.So we are better to understand on what was going on verbally on your side. 

To both parties, I recommend you guys try and meet up in Teamspeak in the next 24 hours and talk this incident out. 

I will be awaiting more video evidence in the meantime or a peaceful solution, otherwise I will come to a conclusion myself in the next 24 hours.

@CSI Dredd has been along term member of this community, and is very well aware of the server rules we have in place. Am very annoyed on how the incident occured, which I watched in the video evidence given. There could had been space to roleplay this out, maybe by sending in units to intercept and proper intiate on it. 

There could had been a car chase of some sort, also their were open options here on the table to get this done properly too.

The guy was traveling alone, why was`t he intiated on or why weren`t any warning shots given first to clearly warn him of hostilities in the immediate area?

He was clearly sniped out his vehicle, did you have any proof this guy was involved in a gunfight?

Why did you decide to straight out take the target out with lethals, and not instead 

It shows me you were acting on some bogus intel given, and that the police communications going were`t solid as it should had been....

I think the main factor that resulted in the decision to open up on him was that one of the two rebels myself and Creed were taking shots from was taking cover behind the rocks he'd pulled up to. I asked for the officer who'd provided the vehicle description to confirm the description and then made a quick decision to take out my target. 

Furthermore, I wasn't far from the vehicle, at the end of the video, when the target is downed, you see my leg behind the small rock I was using as cover while pushing the target hidden behind the rocks. It was also at this point that Creed had confirmed we were taking shots from two directions.

In the video provided, I put my hands up and admit that it looks suspect, but I can't stress enough the fact that from my point of view, the driver was more than likely involved in the situation, so I made the decision to neutralise him.

Finally, I've made an attempt at contact which was denied with silence, which I found to be quite arrogant. I wanted to explain my side of the situation and offer compensation for any equipment he lost as a result of me taking him out and I was blatantly ignored. Needless to say, that resolution is now off the table.

@J.Cole : I was hoping you would had taken the time to peacefully talk to Dredd about the incident that occured, but I`ve noticed you decided to not take that step.

Dredd is also willing to compensate you for the items lost during this gunfight that was occuring in the area of Agios.

@CSI Dredd : You will not be punished for this situation, since it wasn`t intentional and also there was a ongoing firefight going on. Also the information you recieved from other officers in the area during the gunfight helped you to value your life by neutralizing the threat.

These types of hostile enviroments tends to put alot of stress and pressure on the decisions that had to be made by the player. Some decisions tend to go wrong sometimes, but noones perfect here in this video game. 

Sometimes players neglect their behavior during a active firefight, which in return gets yourself in being killed. 

Collateral damage is not avoidable, so I advise to you guys to continue going separate ways and take in mind that these types of situations tend to happen.
