We was at the black market dealer and a helicopter landed while we was there so we killed them as it was a KOS and they was a danger to us so after being there a little while they came back and flew around us a couple times and then noticed we was pick locking their helicopter so they did one more round and then flew straight in to it to prevent us from stealing it. They didn't end up killing us but they killed each other because it was their Helicopters who they crashed in to the ground and in to each other.
The rules I would say that are broken would be where they purposely crashed in to the helicopter and attempted VDM as they was trying to hit us also because we was stood next to it at the time.
