So i was fighting for my right to be unbanned all day and towards the end i got denied, i can admit i was enraged. But what annoyed me the most is that Crumble, the one who is to help others and tell others off for the slightest things. He thinks he can call me a 'Tit' and just go on with his days having a laugh or whatever when i tried taking my unban appeal seriously. Really? i know this is stupid but if he wants to go around reporting others for small things then he can have it his way. Also below where it says You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting, i could not as he has closed replies on my post. Sound guy. Oh this is not a revenge report as he has offended me. *cries*

To be fair this won't even get skimmed over as he is an admin, lifetime donator and i bet he's that person who always get their own way. After seeing others un ban appeals after people have done RDM asking for a second chance and they have got it this is obviously a biased situation as all he said is that they have talked not showing any evidence of the actual conversation, he could've just gone afk for 20 minutes and come back saying it happened.

Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful report. We here at the ALUK staff take all reports very seriously. I could be a smartass and reply "NOPE", but I shall remain professional.

You were banned on teamspeak by a mentor who believed you were trolling and being disruptive to the community. You were also banned for multiple rule violations with a group of players who were literally terrorizing the police force and broke many rules. We here at ALUK strive for the highest quality of roleplay, and we have strict rules because this is a server where we are free and open to our players. We do not require you to download gigabytes of addons. We do not require you to be whitelisted. All we simply ask is that you follow our rules in return for a good roleplay experience.

Crumble is an unpaid volunteer who like myself spend countless hours along with other staff members to keep this ship running tight. He determined that because of your many violations and after consulting with the mentor who banned you from teamspeak, he wanted you to take some time away from the server so you could learn from your mistakes, and maybe read over the rules

At no time was he being rude to you, he was describing that you were "Acting like a Tit" and was not directly calling you a "Tit." Its the same if someone is being a jerk to you and you say "Man that guy is being a real jerk."

We take unban appeals seriously as well. If there are multiple rule violations and other factors,  we have the discretion to deny an appeal. Crumble chose to use his discretion, and it's obvious you didn't like the answer.

Unfortunately all admin decisions are final, just like this decision is final.
