OCCURED ON FIVEM ROLEPLAY SERVER

So i got into a gun fight with someone called "Mixtix" we shot eachother in the head, and both ended up
dying, nhs's that came to the scene with no cops! helped him up and they clamed they ran out of medical equipment to help me so they just left my on the street, 7 minutes later, a police man and nhs came to the scene, the officer, that wasent at the original scene clamed "i have an illegal fire arm on me" even tho the gun was not in my hand (video footage proves it) so the cop takes my gun while im injured, the cop came from no where, 7 minutes later! the guy that shot me wasent searched as he left the scene, and the cop just took my gun without arresting me, not because i needed hospital, he just took my gun and drove off.

in the original scenario when the 2 medics came i told them to help me up, one said " i ran out of supplies" second said his trunk is full and he cant take me to the hospital.

i told them to help me up and if they wont ill report it, i asked them 3 times but they didnt comply, the video is only the 5 minutes that i recorded after relogging to the server (dead) because of issues with the voice box (server was buggy at the time)

Hello isro, I am the officer in your video. From my POV I was on patrol and then I was called in to a scene by a medic where according to him there was a male in possession of a firearm. I responded to the call and when I arrived it was you on the ground and at the time of the report there was a CFX issue with voices and from what I can see you couldn't hear the medic, he informed me that you have a firearm and wanted me to make the scene safe for him to treat you, I went ahead and seized the firearm of you so I don't believe it is a illegal search which is what you are claiming, this kind of issues have to be taken to police command anyway not to an OOC report. You are claiming that you tryed to resolve the incident with both parties which is false, I seized the firearm of you and let the medic do his work after and while he was treating you he ended up reviving you and you broke character and started screaming Fail RP, fail RP and you were threatening that you are going to report us and get us banned, I stayed IC and tryed to explain to you what you did is wrong and while the medic was trying to get you in the Ambulance so he can treat you further at the hospital and get you some scans you decide to break character and then we decided to leave as you weren't listening to what we were trying to say and you were just breaking character and ignoring us, I don't have proof of it but this was my situation with you at the time. You could of just asked for us to come on TS and have a chat about it so you would of understood what the issue was but you decided to go straight to a report and message staff leads privately. None of the less my offer still stands, if you want to have a chat on TS later tonight so this situation clears up for you just shoot me a message

This situation looks more like a case that could be dealt with in an RP way. We don't have a specific rule for police searching people (I'm sure there is internal police rules) but either way we want to have good roleplay on the server. From the video provided it is impossible to tell what happened really in the 3 mins or so whilst you were tabbed out, showing what led up to this situation. An officer could have tried talking to you, we just don't know. With voice issues at the time it is hard to what the officer may have said at the time also.

I feel that this situation could be handled in an RP way using the IOPC:
