Well, we had just swapped my car for a crashed SUV considering I had a few killings on my name, so we did this to prevent getting in to police chases. When we proceeded to drive back to kavala we see the guys that had crashed, had in fact respawned and they were chasing us to lock us in, cus they still had keys after respawn. They managed to lock us in so we drove a bit further away. When they caught up we tried explaining these guys that they broke a rule. We got out and initiated on them because they were constantly breaking server rules, when I got out and initiated I was shot in the back by Craig who was by the church, no word spoken. We got information - From him, that he in fact, wasn't affiliated with the hobos. Which by that point is RDM, because he didn't initiate. As you can see towards the end of the video, he replied saying he thought we were someone apparently looting his friends body, even though we just arrived at the scene. We kept on messaging a bit back and forth but he expressed that he didn't do anything wrong, he kept saying that he was right next to me telling me to drop my gun, but he contradicted himself later, by messaging me that he was at the corner of the church.
