Hello @MeMakeSoupand thank  you for submitting a player report

After looking at the video I can that while you driving you were also talking on radio, passing red lights etc. when you drive like that there is a risk factor of an accident which I believe is what happened in this case.

Either way, the evidence provided does not meet the requirement of player report

*3-5 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs. The only exception to this is blatant rulebreaks.
