My patrol had head to kavala square where price had already gave us a bit of hassle from here we got in our cars when Naylor heard him say something again after we approached him and we tried to talk but when we did he pulled out his gun and shot Steve i then i attempted to tazer him but it failed so i went to get my main firearm but he was taken down with rubbers before i could shoot following this he started verbally assaulting us and then went ahead and started discrimination me because of my voice ( if you want that video of the discrimination i will supply it)

After reviewing the evidence i can confirm that this is indeed RDM as Cpt.price decided that whilst the officer was trying to speak to him about something that he would whip out his pistol and kill the police men surrounding him.

I also checked his notes and see that he has been warned by admins on 2 previous occasions for RDM and Fleeing to the GZ and was told to read the rules. Judging by this report i can see he has clearly not listened or learnt anything from these warning's therefore, i will be issuing a ban for rule 2.2 RDM.
