We had been in a gun fight with the UNMC, all soldiers are killed apart from Gen. Blaze. I manage to injure him badly and try to keep him alive using blood transfusions. I then realise the UNMC and police are at war currently so I take Mr Blaze to NPAS to hand him over for a sizeable reward.

During this time, a UNMC helicopter proceeds to land inside of NPAS, once landed Cpl. HappyKnife [UNMC] jumps out and runs up to us, I stop dragging with intention to give Gen. Blaze blood to see HappyKnife start dragging him with little to no RP and takes off in the helicopter. Server rules state the following regarding blue zones:
“The blue zone is an area setup for Police to carry out their duty. In RP this area is a fully staffed police HQ, therefore illegal activity is prohibited here.”

Cpl. HappyKnife’s actions were carried out within the blue zone of the NPAS base, he took the general out of my custody while we were under the protection of the police. Blue zones are fully staffed police bases, being able to wander in and just take someone away like that would not be possible. The general was in my possession at the time, possession being legally termed as whenever something is controlled by a person, and thus the corporal stole the general from my custody and thus has committed a crime within the confines of a blue zone. If some form of roleplay had been carried out in the process of taking him this may have not been such an issue but I feel the actions of Cpl. HappyKnife were not carried out with high quality roleplay and contravene the rules of the bluezone.

After speaking to management, we were told no rules where broken but if you still feel that the rp was not of a high enough quality, I would be more than happy to discuss it in TeamSpeak.

Rules will be revised to take account of new gameplay emerging from new dragging feature (and retrospectively, will also cover escorting in this kind of situation). The RP is a bit weak, but there are valid reasons why UNMC might have tried to rescue their most-important general. I have an undertaking from UNMC that they will not try this kind of ploy again, and in due course, it will be outlawed when the rules are altered. For now, though, there is not much we can do under the current rules. I suggest you take the opportunity to discuss it with the accused in TS, but there will be no bans issued on this occasion.

Just as tinybigjacko said there will be no bans issued on this occasion therefore this will be denied, however I would still want you guys to talk about it maybe sort something out between you. I will be chasing this tomorrow when I'm better I hope.
